www.sellyourlaptops.co.uk has recently commissioned an external company to analyse the stats on its recycling. It was found that only 8% of the products going in and out of www.sellyourlaptops.co.uk is actually waste. Over and above most recycling centres where you manually separate the items for them.

All boxes and packaging used, on return are stored and collected by an external cardboard and plastics recyclers.
Working machines, refurbished and sold on.
Broken machines, broken down to component level to be recycled into other machines or in the case of plastics sent off fro recycling.
Our biggest hit was on the replacement screens, we are currently looking for a company that recycles laptop lcd and led monitors so we can change our 92% to 96%.
