1. Sellyourlaptops.co.uk will endeavour to pay you exactly what is shown on the quote system, but reserve the right to change the price, if when the machine arrives, it does not exactly match the spec on your order on the system.

2. Be Honest, all machines are inspected by hand and compared to the order quote for comparison, If there is ever a time the figure is to be lower, a full description of why will be posted on the track your laptop page. This description will describe the machine as we have received it.

We do not accept responsibility for any additional damage that may happen in transit. To make sure of this we send you a predetermined amount of bubble wrap for your machine, the box and relevant returns label.

3. All amounts are paid within 7 working days of receiving your laptop not from date of order.

4. We now have links to the police and insurance databases and will track every laptop through this system on receiving your laptop, this may cause a one day delay in showing your machine as received.

5. If we receive any stolen goods they will be automatically handed to the police with the senders details and the name and contact details will be flagged on the system to stop any additional orders.

6. sellyourlaptops.co.uk hold the right to cancel any quotes at any time. If your quote is cancelled while the laptop is in our hands we will pay for the laptop to be returned to you unless in conflict with any other terms. Sellyourlaptops.co.uk will cancel orders that do not contain complete details such as full name, validated email address or incomplete address details. Due to data protection we do not hold your details if we are cancelling the order as your details will be deleted from the system.

7. We take no responsibility for any laptops being delayed or going missing during their transit back to us, we offer a pre paid service for return and provide you with the relevant label to take it to any post office. It is at your own decision and cost if you choose to have your parcel sent by recorded or special delivery.

8. If a specification change has occurred, we reserve the right to auto accept the quote after 7 days of the initial notification email being sent out at which point the order will be sent for payment.

9. By placing an order and submitting your details you agree to the afore mentioned terms.
